I had so much fun putting this program together for everyone!
And yes....I did every single on of these workouts. I used these workouts to train for my 215 mile hike with Cammies and Canines. (And I did most of these workouts with a 20lb vest.
This program incorporates bodyduilding and crossfit types of movements to keep you busy the entire month. Yup...Thats right, you are going to do something different every day!
